Transnational Training Programme

Making Industry 4.0 a reality requires complementing physical processes with digital technologies to create smart factories with new opportunities and efficiencies for manufacturing industries. The training programme is at the forefront of this technological revolution.
This project outcome specifically creates a transnational training programme to equip trainees with the knowledge, skills and competences to monitor and maintain equipment from a remote location.
The training programme consists of four modules:
- Remote maintenance
- Remote monitoring and data acquisition
- Remote update of software and functionalities
- Industrial cyber security
Each of the four courses has been designed as a stand-alone module that is integrated to create a complete course.
The course is hosted on the iMooX e-learning platform, allowing it to be licensed and made available to anyone interested.
